Terms & Conditions for Cairngorm Gas

1. General

These terms apply to all gas safety inspections, boiler servicing, and surveys provided by Cairngorm Gas in Aberdeen and the surrounding areas. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

We provide annual boiler servicing, Landlord Gas Safety Records (CP12), and safety surveys. We focus on maintenance and safety; we do not provide boiler installation services.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the work or within 4 days of the invoice date.

We accept payment via Bank Transfer only. Our bank details will be provided on your digital invoice.

Digital certificates (CP12) will be issued once payment has been cleared.

4. Cancellations & Access

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

It is the customer's (or landlord's) responsibility to ensure the engineer has access to the property at the scheduled time.

5. Existing Faults

During a service or survey, we may identify pre-existing faults or safety issues. As Gas Safe engineers, we are legally required to report "At Risk" or "Immediately Dangerous" appliances.

We are not liable for faults that existed before our visit.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
